1. Is all of your jewellery handmade? The majority of our jewellery products are handmade and designed here at Jewelerific in Dublin. Some specific items for example a Holy Communion medal may not be handmade. If a product on our website is not handmade by us then we will let you know in the product description.

2. Are our products environmentally friendly? At Jewelerific we work very hard to find the best quality, sustainable and ethically sourced materials to make all of our products.

3. What materials do you use and are they safe for children? When purchasing jewellery for children there are  2 considerations. Firstly the materials that are used and secondly the style of the bracelet. Here at Jewelerific all of our jewellery is safe for children. It is made from hypoallergenic materials such as sterling silver, sterling silver plated and gold plating and is nickel free. These materials would be considered the safest for children's skin and reduces the risk of irritation or allergic reaction for children with sensitive skin. Please always refer to our product description for a detailed description of the products used. The second consideration when purchasing children's jewellery is the style. We make the majority of our children's bracelets as elastic stretch bracelets. We use quality elastic and we use a double layer. This ensures a safe and comfortable fit. Please always treat the bracelet with care and don't over stretch the bracelet. Our bracelets are not suitable for very small children due to the small parts. Do not allow children to put the bracelet in their mouth or play with the bracelet unattended. Please always supervise young children wearing bracelets.

4. What size is your jewellery and will it fit my child? The majority of our handmade jewellery products come at a standard size of 6 inches for children. Most of our children's jewellery is made using quality double elastic which allows for variations in sizing and makes it very comfortable for children to wear. However, if you would like specific sizing please contact us at info@jewelerific.com and we will be happy to help you.

The following is an approximate size guide for jewellery for children:

Junior 3 - 5years old 5.5 inches (14cm), Child 5 - 7years old 6 inches (15cm), Older Child 8 to 12yrs 6.5inches (16.5cm), Teen 7inches (18cm).

5. Can you personalise jewellery? Yes we offer a personalised range of bracelets and phone charms where we can include a person's name or a word using acrylic letter beads. We currently do not offer engraving.

6. Do you offer a gift service? Yes all of our bracelets can be used as a gift. Jewelerific offer a free gift box with every purchase. We currently have 8 different gift boxes to choose from. 

7. How should I care for my jewellery? The best way to look after your jewellery is to keep it in a pouch or box when not in use and don't expose your jewellery to harsh chemicals, water or perfume. You can use a soft cloth to clean silver jewellery.

8. What is our shipping and delivery times? Order before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) for an estimated delivery within Ireland of 2 working days. Delivery within Ireland is by An Post at a cost between €2.95 to €6.95 for parcels up to 1KG. All delivery times are subject to stock availability. Once an order leaves our premises it is delivered by An Post. At times delays can occur especially during busy times of the year. We also offer international shipping. The cost and delivery times depends on the destination. The cost will be calculated at check out when destination confirmed.

9. Can I return an item? We have a 25-day return policy, which means you have 25 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@jewelerific.com. If we accept your return we will let you know how and where to send your package. Returns are solely at the discretion of Jewelerific. You must first request a return before returning your item otherwise your return will not be accepted. Any cost associated with the return is payable by you. There are certain personalised items which unfortunately cannot be returned.

10. What if my item is damaged or faulty? We take every care and attention to ensure that your item is delivered to you safe and secure. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
